Paid Time Off: 15/20/24 days PTO accrual annually for fulltime employees with length of service of <2yrs/2-5yrs/5+yrs respectively

Health Insurance: BST pays over 90% of employee-only medical premium and over 45% of dependent medical premium for coverage in our group plan. Employees can choose from a PPO plan or an HSA. We also offer group dental and vision plans (premium 100% employee paid). Alternatively, for 2020 only, employees can choose monthly health insurance premium reimbursement up to$350/$500 employee-only/employee-plus-dependent(s) respectively.
401(k): BST matches 50 cents on each 1 dollar of employee contribution to our BST 401k, up to 4% of salary (meaning BST contributes 2% when the employee contributes 4% or more).
